Cancellation
By making a reservation, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy, and to any additional terms and conditions that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including services rendered or products offered. The general cancellation and no-show policy is made available on our website at the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy carefully prior to making your reservation.
Children
Children under 6 years of age is free of charge when using existing beds.
Extra person is charged 700 without extra bed.
Extra person is charged 1,000 with extra bed.
Pets
NOT ALLOWED.
Hotel Terms and Condition
TERMS AND CONDITION:
1. Standard Check-in time starts at 2:00 PM and Standard Check-out is at 12:00 NN.
(Hotel management has the right to remove guest belongings from the room after check out time if room is already reserved)
2. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability. (Php200.00 for early check-in/late check-out per hour).
3. The hotel is not liable for the safety of any valuables left in the guest rooms as governed by the civil code of the Philippines.
4. Visitors are required to register at the Front Desk in compliance with the Philippine Hotel Code.
Extra Person, charge of Php700.00 will be added to the bill of the guest if visitor remains overnight.
(Visiting hours is 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
5. Strictly no pets allowed within hotel premises.
6. The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee should there be stained linens, foul odor, losses and breakages in the room for the duration of the guest’s stay.
7. The hotel reserves the right to institute necessary actions under any of the following cases:
• Failure to pay upon demand of an outstanding amount.
• Self-check-out.
• Guest refuses to conform to the hotel’s rules and policies
8. Incidental deposit of Php1,000 shall be collected which is refundable upon checkout less damages/ additional expenses incurred.
9. Keycards should be returned upon check-out. Penalty of Php500.00/card will be incurred for losing the keycards.
10. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the hotel premises as per the Executive Order no. 26. Smoking Penalty of Php2,000.00 applies.
